Three Word Story Revolution Recovery Operation

The loss of this this on the TTTE Wikia forum was felt as a major loss to many game board regulars.

We talk about it a lot, and I have decided that, so we don't lose track of anything, I will be trying to get back as much of the story we worked so hard to write.

Keep in mind we did have a lot of subplots, many of which didn't really go anywhere. There were also a lot of posts that were essentially a string of jokes.

When done, hopefully we will have something in this thread that resembles the story that we worked so hard on.

Please keep in mind though, some things may end up being left out because:

They were subplots that ultimately went no where
They were just a string of jokes that, in the end, didn't really contribute to the story
My memory is only so good; I can't remember every single detail.

With that in mind, hopefully overtime, I will be able to reconstruct a fair deal of the old story.

DIESEL 10'S REIGN:

To be honest, I did not do much for this one, since this arc was mainly worked on by Diesel 11, Toz, and a couple others. So I only remember certain details.  But I know enough to summarize it.

Diesel 10 found the Unicorn Tapestry and wished to be ruler of Sodor.  He got his wish, resulting in Thomas and certain other engines getting destroyed, Henry getting trapped in a shed, and others fleeing.  There were various attempts to overthrow him, but for a while, they were dreams.  Such dreams included.

    "Thomas?  Thomas!  Wake up!"  Thomas suddenly awoke, he was in the shed.  "Get going Thomas, you are running late."  Sir Topham Hatt said.
    "What?  Oh, sorry sir, I was having a nightmare about Diesel 10" and he ran off to get Annie and Clarabel.

  Suddenly, a giant hand reached down onto Diesel 10 and Diesel, and removed them from the island model where the engines lived.  They were the hands of Mr. Mitton, who oversaw the model railway where the engines lived.  "You two have been very bad engines.  I'm afraid I am going to have to put you both in the reject room until you learn to behave."
"No!  Anything but that!"  Diesel 10 cried out, but it was no use.  Soon, Diesel 10 and Diesel found themselves on a dust covered shelf with Bash, Dash, Ferdinand, Dennis, and Billy.
"Hello there! Welcome..."
"to the reject shelf!"
"That's right!"
"I'm such a lazy engine."
"Shut up!  You're just a bossy boiler!"
"AAAHHHHH!!!!!!" Diesel 10 and Diesel screamed together

    There were also dreams about:
   .Diesel 10 was surrounded by a mob composed of the Autistic community, who picked him up and threw him into the sea.  Subsequently Thomas and the others were rescued and all was seemingly restored
   .The Diesel deciding to betray Diesel 10

Ultimately though, Diesel 10 was defeated when the Unicorn itself realized that Diesel 10 had abused his wish.  His punishment was that his wish was undone, his memory of these events were wiped, and his mind was altered to make him think that he worked at the scrapyards, loading scrap into cars and shunting them.  How he eventually "snapped out of it" and became the free-roaming engine of Sodor we know again, I don't think was covered.
Then this lead into the "War of the Shards," which I will try and cover after I remember more; only a few things are coming back to me at the moment.

Here are two reconstructed scenes from the "Bronze Mage" arc:

Very beginning:

Bronze diesel was on a hill, overlooking an area of Sodor. "I may not have had my chance to shine in the last arc, but now my time has come. Watch out Sodor, because here comes Bronze Diesel!"

"And don't forget MEEEE!!!" A sweet voice said as it came up behind him. It was Silver Percy. "Remind me again why I even have you with me?" The Bronze Diesel said.
"Because every great Villain needs a sidekick, and Gold Thomas is being repaired."
The Bronze Diesel rolled his eyes "Oh, right. Well regardless, look out Sodor, because here I come, AND NOTHING IS GOING TO STOP ME!!" Bronze Diesel only went a few feet though, because the next thing he knew... he stopped, and smoke began coming from his engine.

"Nothing except an overheated engine." Silver Percy said innocently

"Shut up and get me a fitter!" Bronze Diesel said angrily, but he couldn't hide the embarrassment.

(Later on; taking over Misty Island. By now, Gold Thomas has been repaired)

"All right, now that phase one is completed, time to move on to phase two." Bronze Diesel told Silver Percy.

"Which is?"

"Getting rid of those annoying logging locos! Quite frankly, I think we'll be doing everybody a favor. And now that we have Gold Thomas again, taking it over will be easier! Speaking of which, where is he?" As Bronze Diesel looked around

"I'm right here boss! Hold on, I'll take the Zipline bridge!"

"Wait, don't!" Bronze Diesel yelled, but it was too late, the VERY poorly designed bridge collapsed underneath the engine's weight.

"Don't worry Gold Thomas! I'm coming!" Silver Percy said... but then he saw Bash and Dash cross the Shake Shake Bridge. "Oh... that looks like fun!" And Silver Percy raced to cross that bridge... only for that one to collapse too.

"Jeez, who designed this place, a children's show writer!?" Bronze Diesel asked sarcastically.

"Boss, I think I broke something." Gold Thomas said in pain

"Me too." Silver Percy replied

"Must I do everything myself!!" Bronze Diesel replied as he started moving... only for his engine to blow.

"Huh?" He glanced over to his air intake "A BOWLER HAT!? REALLY!?"

D261, who happened to be on the island, snickered.

"Oh be quiet and get me a fitter!" Bronze Diesel yelled.

But the plan still worked out. Bash, Dash and Ferdinand went into a tunnel, the explosives went off... but instead of destroying the engines, they were simply trapped in the tunnel.

"WHAT? WHY!" Bronze Diesel yelled at the author

"because this is a children's show; you can't destroy engines like that."

"Curse you moral decency!" Bronze Diesel exclaimed, as he tried to make sense of everything that just happened.

A great job! However, isn't it Percy Silver, not Silver Percy?

We called him Silver Percy at the time, because he was based on that special TWR merchandise and we didn't think of the twist that he was a person until later

Although this wouldn't really count as a retcon, more of a plot twist.
